Keri-Lynne (KL) Shaw spent the first 2 weeks of our work together on a sailboat.
In September, she had her biggest month ever.

KL is a former CHRO (Chief Human Resource Officer) who now negotiates salaries and exits for senior women. She spent 15 years approving and denying exit packages.
Now she sits on the other side of the table. She coaches senior women to ask for extraordinary money.
In spring 2026, her own sales process hadn’t caught up with her.
People already wanted her. She was taking about 15 coffee chats a week on top of client work, and 96% of her business came from referrals and past clients.
The money was slipping after people booked. Some calls weren’t her people, and she couldn’t tell until she was on Zoom.
Follow-ups slid while she served clients, and a long list of warm conversations went quiet. Her normal pace was about 2 new clients every 3 weeks.
She was drinking from a fire hose. More people on her calendar would have just added water.
KL had no hours for a group program, and her business doesn’t fit a template.
She sells the Salary Bump, the Career Bump and the Exit Bump, and clients move between them depending on what’s happening at their company. Anyone touching her sales calls had to understand all of it first.
And she had a hard deadline. She was leaving to sail 3 days after kickoff.
“They partnered with me. They went deep in understanding my business, as opposed to, ‘well, this is how I do it, this is how you should do it.’”

We started with a 2-hour call on June 2 and pulled everything out of her head.
Three days later she was on the water, and we were building. She answered our questions by voice note.
We went through every recorded sales call in her Read AI and marked exactly where the yes was slipping away. She didn’t fill out a single worksheet.
A pre-qualification intake form for her Calendly. The wrong calls filter themselves out, and she walks into the right ones knowing what to say.
No new script. We kept her words, changed the moments that mattered one at a time, and practiced each change with her live.
Deep research on her ideal client, then an offer bridge (pitch) for all 3 offers, built from her own line: “I sat in the chair that approved your exit.”
Follow-ups for live deals, plus a plan to reconnect with past clients and everyone who had booked a call with her since 2024.
She drops in a call transcript and gets a summary and follow-up emails. Her Claude skills hold her ideal client, offers and voice, so her team can create on-brand content without her.
Once she was home, we met once a week.
We worked until the job was done, about 8 weeks in all.
“They did all the heavy lifting, which is what you need because it’s not your expertise.”

2-hour kickoff call
She sails. We build.
Her first new yes
15 new clients in 3 weeks
$70,000, her biggest month ever
In the last week of August she sent 3 Exit Bump proposals on a Monday. Two signed within 2 days.
Most people brace for “that’s too expensive.” A CEO on a 15-minute referral call heard KL’s price and laughed: “That’s it?” KL is now looking at pricing C-suite work as a percentage of the package.
She used to prep every call from the intake form. Now, in her words: “It’s just super natural. It flows.”
She credits the pace of the changes: “I can live with a tiny tweak, not just a complete overhaul.”
Her problem now is a good one. One Monday in August she had 8 prospects on her calendar, and she’s planning who to bring on so she can keep up.
“I feel like I got a great bang for my buck,” she told us when we wrapped. Then she told a colleague:
“They over delivered in a way that I was like, wow. Mic drop. 15 clients in 3 weeks.”
